A tavola non si invecchia, literally translates as “you don’t get old at the table.” It means that with good company and good food, time doesn’t pass. You can spend hours chatting over a meal with friends and it will never be time wasted, an Italian philosophy that still exists today, especially, in Gloria’s!

Our Story
From Biagio, a warm Italian welcome to Gloria’s. The concept and ethos of Gloria’s is inspired by our family’s heritage, the beautiful Island of Ischia, Sister Island to Capri, nestled in the Bay of Naples where it is traditional to welcome you into the warmth of our kitchen. You will sample delicious homemade foods, using authentically sourced Italian ingredients which, when combined with a Neopolitan influence inspired by our Head Chef, Gianni, will give a unique dining experience.
GELATO
Established in 2014, The Works is a family run, independent restaurant situated in Aylesbury’s Market Square. Our ice cream is handmade in the store, every day – it’s never bought in! We use high quality, Italian ingredients from Modena along with fresh fruit to create our complete range of ice creams and sorbets.
